A category on Australia's Consolidated List for counter-terrorism designations implementing Security Council resolution 1373, adopted unanimously on 28 September 2001 after the 11 September attacks. The resolution requires every state to criminalise terrorist financing and freeze without delay funds related to persons involved in terrorist acts; each state designates accordingly, and Australia lists persons and entities under Part 4 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.
