CYB

CYB denotes the European Union's thematic restrictive measures against cyber-attacks threatening the Union or its member states, established by Council Regulation (EU) 2019/796 and an accompanying Council Decision of 17 May 2019. The first EU framework of its kind, it allows the listing of persons and entities responsible for, or involved in, significant cyber-attacks, including attempted attacks against third states or international organisations, and imposes asset freezes and travel bans.

CYB includes 26 canonical entities and 26 authority records.
