HAM

HAM denotes the European Union's restrictive measures against those who support, facilitate or enable violent actions by Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, established by Council Regulation (EU) 2024/386 of 19 January 2024, which implements Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/385. The framework provides for the freezing of funds and economic resources and a prohibition on making funds available to listed persons, groups and entities.
