NPWMD

NPWMD identifies parties designated under Executive Order 13382, signed on 28 June 2005. Building on the proliferation national emergency declared in 1994, it authorises the State Department and the Treasury to block the assets of persons materially contributing to the spread of weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery, of their supporters, and of entities they own or control.

NPWMD includes 1,173 canonical entities and 1,173 authority records.
