TERR
TERR identifies the European Union's counter-terrorism restrictive measures under Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 of 27 December 2001, adopted with Common Position 2001/931/CFSP after the 11 September attacks to implement United Nations Security Council Resolution 1373. It freezes the funds of persons, groups and entities involved in terrorist acts, as listed and regularly reviewed by the Council, and prohibits making funds or financial services available to them.
