The European Union's restrictive measures over actions undermining or threatening Ukraine's territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence, established by Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 and Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP of 17 March 2014. The regulation freezes the funds of persons and entities listed in its annex and bars making funds available to them, while the decision adds travel restrictions. It has been amended many times, with consolidations through 2026.
