VENEZUELA-EO13850

Executive Order 13850, signed on 1 November 2018 under the Venezuela emergency declared in 2015, authorises the Treasury to block persons operating in the gold sector of the Venezuelan economy or any other sector it later identifies, and persons engaged in deceptive practices or corruption involving the Government of Venezuela. Executive Order 13857 of January 2019 took additional steps under the same emergency. Entry of designated persons is suspended.
