The Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
The United Kingdom's Bosnia and Herzegovina sanctions regime, made in June 2020 under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, with substantive provisions in force from the end of the Brexit transition period. Replacing the EU framework the UK previously applied, it provides asset freezes and exclusion from the UK for persons undermining Bosnia and Herzegovina's sovereignty, territorial integrity or constitutional order, or the General Framework Agreement for Peace.
