The Iran (Sanctions) (Nuclear) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

The United Kingdom's nuclear-related Iran sanctions regime, made in March 2019 under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 and fully in force from the end of the Brexit transition period. Replacing EU measures applied under Council Regulation 267/2012, it provides asset freezes, travel bans and restrictions on nuclear-relevant goods and technology, supporting United Nations Security Council resolution 2231 and implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
