The Sudan (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

The United Kingdom's Sudan sanctions regime, made in July 2020 under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, with substantive provisions in force from the end of the Brexit transition period. Implementing United Nations Security Council resolutions on Sudan and replacing the corresponding EU legislation, it provides asset freezes, travel bans and military-goods trade restrictions to promote peace, stability and security and the resolution of armed conflict.
