Gamaliel GARZA GARCIA

Gamaliel Garza Garcia is a Mexico-based businessman and horse racing enthusiast whom the U.S. Treasury describes as an associate of the Cartel del Noreste (CDN), a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. Treasury says he races horses in Mexico and the United States, controls the Cuadra San Dibanh racing barn, and owns and controls a network of construction and fuel companies in Nuevo Laredo, including CEGESA, which Treasury says CDN used to funnel money to the election campaigns of its preferred political candidates.
